- "a little Something Special" is a fairly new jewellery store catering to people who want high quality jewellery items but can't afford to pay the high markups of most jewellery stores (or simply don't want to). As I'm a small business, and really just starting out getting myself established, the complete satisfaction of each and every customer is very important to me. As is "word of mouth". Not insured against loss or damage. $8 Small Packet USA - surface (US) $10 Small Packet USA - air (US) $15 Expedited Parcel (Canada) Hard plastic jewellery gift box included Insurance against loss or damage in shipping included(up to $100 for US shipments). $20 Expedited parcel (US) or Xpresspost (Cdn) Black velvet jewellery gift box included where possible (larger items cannot be sent this way) Includes both insurance and a tracking number. Items priced at over $35 must include insurance Items priced at over $100 must include tracking # and insurance. Each additional item to be shipped in one package is just $2 – regardless of shipping method. Please do not complete checkout until you have put your entire order together or this discount cannot be taken off. I send out all purchases w/i 2 days from when payment is received.

- Returns: I offer a 7 day 100% Money Back Guarantee (no restocking fees) if for any reason you are unsatisfied. Please email me prior to return of item so I can be aware of item in transit. You do not have to state the reason of the return, but this would help me in improving my business so it would be greatly appreciated. It also gives me the opportunity to resolve any issues that might end the need to return your item. Item must be returned in good condition with price tag (if applicable) and any packaging (including a copy of invoice with item #). Damaged, worn, used, resized, altered, or engraved items can not be returned. Shipping and handling charges, as well as any taxes, duties, or customs charges applied to item remain the responsibility of the buyer and will not be returned. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if insurance is not purchased by buyer. Refunds will be processed via Paypal after examination of returned item.
